- We are developing a vibrant full service Jewish centric community which will cater to the needs of the growing number of Orthodox Jewish families that have been migrating to Florida. Our faith-based community has received endorsements and support from religious leaders, business leaders as well as local and state government.
- The Project is a planned Jewish community with a total of 1,000 lots for single-family for-sale residential units, 300 rental residential units, 780,000 square feet of leasable commercial space, and various amenities and neighborhood features built over three phases, supporting the community lifestyle being created.
