Jack Klugmann

When founding Accurate Builders in 2009, Jack Klugmann set out to build a company that would become a standard bearer for quality construction. Jack built the company slowly and methodically, with a strategic vision for consistently exceeding clients’ expectations. In addition to Jack’s innate business acumen, his passion for uncompromising excellence has been the key to Accurate Builders’ substantial growth in the multifamily sector throughout the region. Jack’s strong track record for delivering successful projects on time and within budget yielded a vital level of trust amongst prestigious lending institutions and municipal officials which has contributed greatly to Accurate Builders’ rise as a venerated industry leader.

Steve Aisenstark

As Chief Operating Officer, Steve’s primary responsibilities are the oversight of project financials and approvals. His eye for detail ensures proper compilation and integration of all pertinent project data, resulting in consistently accurate and true-to-budget rendering of detailed estimates. Steve works closely with Accurate’s management team to ensure optimum execution of the projects’ strategic goals and objectives. Steve’s exceptional organizational and multitasking skills are evident in the continuous evaluation of the project progress, ensuring fidelity to the project’s schedule nd budget and the implementation of contingencies, as necessary.
David Cahn
Director of Acquisitions
David Cahn is the Director of Acquisitions at Accurate Builders and Developers. Mr. Cahn is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing multifamily and commercial transactions in the Northeastern United States. Mr. Cahn began his career as an analyst and trader on Wall Street before transitioning to real estate development. In the past year, Mr. Cahn sourced, underwrote and was directly responsible for closing over $400 million of development projects in New Jersey, with the most recent project being the Redevelopment of the former Riverfront Stadium in Newark. Mr. Cahn received a degree in Finance and Risk Management from the University of South Africa.

Formed in 2010, BFMS Property holdings, LLC was founded to focus on low-income housing in the NYC area and to date has developed 1,000+ units in NYC with a combined value of over $500 Million dollars.
BFMS Property holdings, LLC currently owns and manages 550 units in NYC and 1000+ units outside of New York.
Over time the business has expanded to focus on out of state opportunities and is currently involved in building a 500 unit apartment complex in Nashville TN, a 360 unit apartment complex in Douglas County, OR and a 5 Million Square foot residential and commercial Development in the state of Florida.
Barry has a proven track record, built on years of experience, in many areas of real estate, specifically in large development projects, including financing, project management, purchasing and logistics management, ensuring that the overall job is done in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

In 2018 Barry and his partner created a family office to invest their capital in seed investments, diversified in many different industries, including investing in multiple private small business lending platforms, including a receivable factoring company. Always forward thinking, Barry diligently studies his investments and new opportunities, leveraging the latest technologies and to that end has invested in multiple Blockchain and crypto companies that are bringing revolutionary ideas to the forefront of this new frontier.

Recognizing the imperative need to bring proper medical services to underserved populations, and utilizing the collective power of a few key people in his vast and ever growing network, Centena was formed to quickly include multiple businesses in the Healthcare sector, including high complexity laboratories, urgent cares and one of the largest school based dental programs in the state of New York.

Jeff Akerman
Managing Member
Jeff Akerman, RA, graduated from New York Institute of Technology with B.Arch with an ever ambitious outlook to create a better world step by step by establishing RISE Architecture, formerly known as BizDesignes, which was founded in 2010 by Jeff, that began the journey in his basement in Brooklyn, New York. As a licensed Architect in New York and 11 other states, and with continued efforts and growth from a team of six, Jeff and the firm had experienced exponential growth with a wide range of projects from major interior renovations, single family residential buildings to commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional new buildings. The firm grew into several departments inclusive of Architectural, Permits and Interior Design.
Among numerous ventures umbrellaed under the unofficial “Jeff Akerman Incorporated”, Jeff has partnered with Jack Jaffa & Associates, a real estate consulting firm, for the permit services division, which has completed over 3,000 interior renovation projects over the five boroughs of NYC with over 1,500 filings with the NYC DOB based on his extensive zoning and building code knowledge. Continuously exposing himself to learning, he provides solutions from the economic standpoint alongside the Clients. Jeff is also partnered with a Special Inspections Agency (SIA), to extend the variety of services provided to the Clients to be able to ultimately provide seamless experience from the idea conception to breaking the grounds.
Currently, Jeff is also in partnership with another principal, equally reputable with extensive experience, for RISE Architecture NJ, which services more than ten states outside of New York inclusive of New Jersey, Florida, Ohio, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Washington, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas, Missouri, Maryland and expanding the knowledge and connections among additional states with the aspiration of being active in all fifty states and beyond, globally. With a 94% growth within two years of inception, the firm is already encompassing over two hundred projects, of which over eighty projects active at all times, resulting completion and continuation of projects worth over $2 Billion Dollars annually.
With high passion for learning, Jeff is creating invaluable relationships and inspiring a broader outlook within untapped opportunities and potentials via thorough research, distinctive trademark of communication, knowledge, capability, and most of all, support from friends, family, and a like-minded and dedicated team to be able to change the world for the better. One step closer to actualizing the vision, several real estate developments have been under way and in progress, inclusive of several projects in New Jersey, New York and Florida.
Morty Rosenblum

Morty began his career in New York real estate scene over 20 years ago and quickly discovered his acumen for managing and identifying undervalued investment properties. Morty is known for his keen sense of analysis, and the ability to maximize value in themost efficient and proficient way possible.
His exceptional management abilities coupled with his consistent record of generating significant returns on his properties attracted the attention of several large financial institutions, established leaders of the New York real estate community and city agency officials. Through these relationships, Morty’s opportunities for major growth in the real estate market continued to expand until the company had accumulated a property portfolio worth north of $600M.
Along with his significant success in the real estate industry, Morty is involved in various other entrepreneurial endeavors including, upholding a principal/partner/owner position of the largest kosher dairy plant in the country, Norman’s Dairy, where, under his guidance, the company grew from $1M to over $40M today.
Morty has never forgotten his commitment to social advancement. Through his charitable and communal endeavors, he devotes time and financial resources to numerous educational institutions and social service organizations and philanthropic activities.
